<\/p>\nOur client, who had previously asked SOKAI Inc. to renew the website for their shared-office business, had long been running digital advertising campaigns.<\/p>\n
However, challenges such as poor cost-effectiveness in lead generation made it clear the program itself needed a refresh \u2014 and they turned to SOKAI.<\/p>\n

Across various ad platforms, the client’s campaigns were capturing traffic through location-based keyword combinations such as “[area name] + shared office,” but spend tended to fall short of budget.<\/p>\n
In other words, improving ad performance called for a comprehensive approach.<\/p>\n
There was also untapped potential in keywords closely aligned with the client’s product. Within the existing budget \u2014 and while keeping a close eye on CPA \u2014 we redefined the data worth tracking, including resetting KPIs, to build up acquisition volume.<\/p>\n
The SOKAI team began by making the issues in the client’s ad program visible: pausing underperforming banners and rebalancing budget allocation across platforms. This led steadily to improved CPA and increased acquisitions, with clear results within a few months of starting. (Figure 1)<\/p>\n
