The old site was notable for design that conveyed the service’s appeal well \u2014 but the client had a real sense of urgency about its conversion rate.<\/p>\n

While the old site communicated the appeal of the “satellite office” product and a concept grounded in its target customers, pricing and how to use the service were hard to grasp at a glance.<\/p>\n
SOKAI judged that the right renewal would rework the site’s information architecture while preserving the strengths of the existing materials. We proposed a renewal that makes pricing and onboarding much easier to understand, so prospective customers browsing the site can reach a decision more easily.<\/p>\n
Closing deals on a shorter consideration cycle requires delivering the information customers want at the right moment. In an era overflowing with options, we designed a site structure focused on prospective customers’ insights \u2014 to brush the service up into one that gets chosen.<\/p>\n

The photography used on the old site was high quality, so we carried it over to the new site. Informed by a user’s-eye view, the renewal prioritized concise communication of the service’s appeal and the information prospects need to decide.<\/p>\n
As a result, visitors to the new site can now understand the service’s pricing and onboarding steps from the very first view<\/b>.<\/p>\n
