Our client, whose main business is a smartphone news app, was facing challenges in three areas of their advertising product — skills, staffing, and sales — the pillar of their revenue.

First, we defined the goal to achieve: growing advertiser numbers and ad spend, built on creating adoption cases and success stories for the client’s ad product and expanding awareness among their clients.

Based on these hypotheses, SOKAI proposed a strengthened, phase-by-phase roadmap for expanding the ad product.

The Results

The roadmap SOKAI designed was divided into three phases.

Phase 1 built the foundation of the marketing strategy by increasing improvement and adoption case studies. Phase 2 strengthened new-adoption proposals to clients and collaboration with other divisions, and Phase 3 expands advertiser numbers and ad spend.

This has led to step-by-step business growth.
