[General Insurance Agency] Strengthening the Corporate Website Message
Background: What Needed to Be Achieved?
Our client is a major general insurance agency handling life insurance, non-life insurance, and small-amount short-term insurance across dozens of carriers. They came to SOKAI Inc. to renew the corporate website that serves as the foundation of their business.
The direction: make the site responsive while brushing up the existing “co.jp” site as the base. In other words, rather than a large-scale rebuild, we would add the essential elements expected of an insurance agency.
Our Proposal to Accelerate the Business

While the client’s corporate site presented information in an orderly way, it felt somewhat stiff. Our analysis showed that to spark “Attention + Sympathy” among general users, the site needed to speak with “a concise message + strong creative” that embodies who the client is.
SOKAI examined the direction to aim for, including a first-view comparison with competitors’ corporate sites, and concluded that the site needed emotional appeal — expressing the company’s posture of putting its management philosophy into practice.
The Results

In the end, we defined the client’s unique role, core stance, and reason for being, and proposed a corporate site plan that delivers them to general users and every stakeholder.
We also proposed brand copy built on the stories the client has accumulated, renewing the corporate site into one with a far stronger message.
